Chick-fil-A of Conway Website
Chick-fil-A of Conway needed a website that would primarily help in handling catering orders from the community. We designed and developed a custom solution that includes an online catering "Order Builder" that makes it easy for customers to wade through the many menu items and select what they'd like. Since the staff is usually busy taking care of walk-in customers (and not watching their inbox for catering orders), key staff members receive a text message to their cell phones alerting them when an online order has been submitted. Enabling them to extend their great customer service to their online clients as well. Visit the site.
